MSHS will have conferences on Thursday.
MSHS Conferences will be 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:15 pm. Conferences will be hosted in the Middle School gym. Enter at the MS. No appointment is necessary.
Elementary Conferences will not take place until Oct. 26th.

This coming Wednesday, October 04, 2023, is Fall Count Day. Count Day is when all public schools in the State of Michigan tally the number of students attending their schools. Count information is critical to districts because each student translates into state funding. School districts receive 90% of their state funding for the 2023-2024 school year from the Fall Count period. Our goal is to receive full funding for every student so that we can provide the needed educational resources for our students. Please help us by ensuring your student is at school this coming Wednesday. In addition, students are more successful academically when they attend school regularly.

The town is resurfacing the roads near the school. There are several road closures near Bloomingdale Elementary and the Middle School. Willow Street and Mill Street will remain open until 8:30 a.m. Currently, Chestnut and Cherry Street are closed. Please be aware of these road closures.

BPS would like to thank you for helping our new dismissal procedures go smoothly. We are going to make one new adjustment to the pick-up procedures. Starting tomorrow, we will have the walk-up pick-ups back at the front door. We ask that you please bring your car tag with you to pick up your child and line up on the sidewalk to the right (South) of the main entrance. Having your tag will allow us to quickly be able to get your students and send them out to you. We will continue to have our drive-up pick-ups Y5s-2nd & siblings in the front and 3rd-5th in the back. Walkers will be released out the front as normal. Thank you again for your patience while we work through this! The new procedures are allowing for additional teaching time for your students. #Bdalecards
