Here is the middle and high school athletic schedule for this week.
Product testing during our Cardinals INC. small business and manufacturing class taught by Mr. Bobalik and Mr. Swier. Two of our students decided to make a hardwood tortilla press and of course, we had to see how it would perform under use! Everything in our Cardinals INC. class is built by students with the proceeds of sold items all going directly back into the program to provide more materials and hands on experiences for our students. https://cardinals-inc.square.site/
Atletismo: Todas las prácticas y juegos de escuela intermedia, preparatoria y programas juveniles han sido cancelados por el día de hoy debido al clima.
Students have been building fine motor skills and core strength with the help of our OT, Mrs. Brie, all through fun, hands-on activities that make learning feel like play. Great job, little learners!
Over the past two days, our 6th and 7th grade Outdoor Education classes took on a real-world survival challenge: gathering materials, starting a fire with sparks and simple supplies, and keeping it going through the class period. Nearly every group nailed at least two of the three goals, and many crushed all three.
This is what learning looks like outside the four classroom walls - teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and a little grit. 👏
With guaranteed hours, $19.64/hr, paid breaks, and CDL training covered, this is a great way to earn a steady income while making a real difference for kids in our community.
