The Cardinal Leadership Team recently came together for a hands-on strategic planning workshop focused on evaluating district goals, identifying priorities, and planning for the future.
Using valuable feedback collected through staff, student, parent, and community surveys last spring, district leaders worked collaboratively to assess current goals, explore opportunities for growth, and identify meaningful next steps to support students, staff, and schools.
The workshop provided an opportunity for thoughtful discussion, shared ideas, and a renewed focus on the district's commitment to providing a positive and successful educational experience for every student.
