7th & 8th Grade Middle School Volleyball begins August 30th from 3:30-5:30pm in the Middle School Gym. Athletes are to report directly to the cafeteria after school. Sports physicals and final forms are required to practice. If you need to schedule a sports physical, Bangor Health Center provides sports physicals at no cost. The Varsity Soccer team played a great “team” game against Schoolcraft. They dominated possession for majority of the game and had several attempts on goal which resulted in a first-half solo goal by Rey Reyna and a early second-half goal by Drake Cross, assisted by Tony Garcia.

Fall Athletic parent meeting is tonight at 6:30pm. We will start in the auditorium. Hope to see everyone there.

Middle school football practice today and tomorrow from 530pm-630pm. If interested you must register in final forms and have a physical dated after 4/15/21.

We are still looking for more high school football players to come out and round out the roster. Practice is at 4pm today. If you have any interest come on up and talk to Coach Good. GO CARDINALS!

Fall Sports Parent Meeting will be August 18th @ 6:30pm in the auditorium. All parents are encouraged to come and get information on all fall sports. See you then!

As of 2:30pm all high practices, with the exception of cross country (practicing from 6pm-8pm) have been cancelled due to the power outage.

Athletics Parent Meeting scheduled for tonight is going to be rescheduled due to the power outage at the school. New date will be announced soon.

It was nice to see the high school kids back in action today, as fall sports kicked off. I noticed a lot of kids missing out there. If you are still interested in playing it is not too late. Take a look at the athletic calendars at https://www.bdalecards.com/o/activities to see what times practices are tomorrow. Reminders: 1. Make sure to register on final forms (https://bloomingdale-mi.finalforms.com/), I noticed many had not yet. 2. Make sure you have a new sports physical dated after 4/15/21

Less than 24 hours until fall sports begin! Make sure your physical is turned in or uploaded to FinalForms AND both the parent and student must complete/update their forms.

If you plan on attending practices on Monday for high school sports please make sure to login to your Final Forms account and update your fall sport, and see that all signatures and paperwork are done. I prefer that you upload your physical in final forms (then I do not need the paper copy) or bring with you on Monday if you cannot. If you do not know what time your practices are next week then please visit the athletic website at https://www.bdalecards.com/o/activities/ and go to your fall sport and take a look at the calendar. The fall sports parent meeting will be 8/11 @ 6:30pm in the auditorium. All parents of students interested in playing middle school volleyball, soccer, football, or cross country, and all parents of high school students playing a fall sport are asked to attend. Paw Paw Schools will have physicians at Paw Paw Hogh School tonight (August 4th) from 5pm until 7:30 PM for sports physicals. The cost is $30, and students from any district are welcome to come in if they are still in n need of a physical. Cost can be covered using cash or check.

Meet the Superintendent! Aug. 20 - 5:30-6:15 Before the 1st Soccer Game. We will give out free hot dogs, chips, & water to the first 200 people. The game starts at 6pm. Tuesday, August 24th during open house at Pullman from 5:15-6:00 (Open House 5:30-7:00) and then BE approximately 6:20-7:00 (Open House 5:30-7:00). Sept. 2nd 6:30-7:30 at the home football game. The game starts at 7pm. We will provide free slushies to the first 200 people. Parents are invited to call or email if they would like to set up a time to meet Dr. Dobbins.
