MARK YOUR CALENDARS, on January 2, 2024 from Noon until 3:30pm, Bloomingdale Communications will be hosting a Versiti Blood Drive in our Community Room at our Bloomingdale Office (101 W Kalamazoo Street, Bloomingdale MI). The need for lifesaving blood and blood products is always very high during the holiday season. As an added incentive, Versiti will be giving a $20 e-gift card to all attempting donors with a valid email account. Please consider donating!!

Since we missed out on Silly Sock Day yesterday today is Silly Sock/Fun with Flannel Day today. Tomorrow is Crazy Christmas Gear Day Tomorrow will be our Holiday Extravaganza. This will be a super fun day. We will begin with a parade around the school to see all of our Crazy Christmas Gear. Then we will go into fun different rotations that will be various activities such as cookie decorating, crafts, minute-to-win-it games, etc. After lunch, we will have two different times for students to participate in the Snowflake Dance. There are so many students who have met their SMART goal. When you have accomplished your goal, be sure to ask your teacher to put your bee or bee hive up on the poster with your goal to signify that you have accomplished your goal. Then set a new goal. Meeting goals is so much FUN! There will be lots of fun things to do, hot chocolate, cookies, and Santa will be there. You won’t want to miss out. Boys Youth Basket Ball sign-ups are going on now. The deadline is December 15. Forms will be going home if you are interested. Setting goals is important for us to have a focus on what we are trying to accomplish. Just like with our PRIDE points…our goal this year is to collect over 140,000 PRIDE Points. We have kicked off a fundraiser a week or so ago. The Fundraiser will run until 11/27 with all orders and money turned in no later than 11/29. You can sell two different ways. You can create an online account using the code on the flyer or you can use the order forms that were distributed yesterday. The proceeds of the fundraiser will go toward fun activities. Today is our last day of school this week. We will be off Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for Thanksgiving break.
